Passage

Privacy Notice · 5 August 2026

Private by design.

A family’s plans, finances and residency decisions are personal. Passage handles the information you share confidentially and only for the work you ask us to do.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to share through our forms, conversations and, where an engagement proceeds, the documents and information needed to understand and coordinate your move. This can include contact details, family circumstances, financial context, residency plans and communications with Passage.

How we use it

We use your information to assess whether Passage is a fit, prepare for a private conversation, provide and coordinate the work you engage us for, and keep you informed about decisions and actions connected to that work.

Who can see it

Your information is available only to the people working on your enquiry or engagement. We share information with a lawyer, tax adviser, banker, relocation partner or other specialist only when their work is needed and you have approved their involvement. Passage does not sell personal information.

Keeping it secure

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online system is entirely risk-free; we ask that you avoid sending highly sensitive documents until Passage has provided a secure method for doing so.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was shared, to maintain a record of the engagement, or where a legal obligation requires it. You can ask about the information Passage holds about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted where we are able to do so.

Questions about privacy

Use the private conversation form and write “Privacy request” in the note. We will direct your message to the appropriate person.

This notice should be reviewed against Passage’s final operating practices and legal requirements before public launch.
